Trained Vocalist and Guitarist Kartikye Gupta started composing songs over 7 years ago.
Hailing from Dehradun, the artist believes in free artistic creations. With no rules or borders to his expression, Kartikye strives to create musical experiences unlike ever seen before.
He started writing songs during his school days and slowly developed an interest in the arts, that was when he started learning the guitar. Hindustani and western music has always mesmerized him which is why he got into composing music.
Kartikye first released his music in 2020 and is now working on his debut EP “Khud Se Baatein.” The EP is more like a conversation with himself where he learns more about his feelings and society on a superconscious level. There are four tracks in the EP out of which he has released two.
His second track from the EP, “Duniya Meri” talks about an artist’s desire for a world without filtered Intentions, a world where he can truly exist without wearing any kind of mask.
Music arrangement can be described as an acoustic Indo-western fusion. Being an artist that has composed music for films before, he strongly believes in the visual
