MGeneric is a one-of-a-kind rapper, lyricist, and poet from Mumbai, now based in Qatar. With over 30 released projects and 9 original creations, MGeneric has made a name for himself in the music industry with his motivational and inspirational lyrics that tackle social issues with a unique combination of hard-hitting punches and metaphor-filled bars.
MGeneric’s expertise extends beyond just rap, he is also a talented lyricist and has released songs in various genres, including Urdu Gazals and Nazms. His debut song Mezbaan Zindagi was released with ZEE Music Company and his second, Ya Ali was released with T-series label. MGeneric’s inspirational song “Aao Maare Chhalange” was selected by allaboutmusic.in in 2020 and later sold to teachmint.com as their company’s slogan.
In 2008, MGeneric was featured in DNA newspaper’s top 5 stand-up poetry artists and his religious kalams and poems have been published in prestigious magazines and online journals. He has also written jingles for Mumbai’s Radio City. Moving to the Gulf region in 2009, he has had the opportunity to judge poetry competitions and participate in several Mushairas, rubbing shoulders with some of the greatest poets of international poetry groups.

Abhibyanjana – Breezing Through
Abhibyanjana Rubhi Thatal, the Bombay-based indie singer-songwriter whose music is a fusion of indie-pop and alt-pop with ethereal and intimate undertones. The 24-year-old artist, who is also a post-grad student at the School of Media and Cultural Studies at TISS, has recently released her three-track EP “Breezing Through” on January 13, 2023.
Abhibyanjana’s music is inspired by artists such as Mitski, Arlo Parks, and FKA Twigs, and her latest release is a manifestation of her evolving taste. The EP “Breezing Through” is an introspective journey into an individual’s vulnerabilities, aspirations, and desires, as expressed through her sincere songwriting and indie-pop tunes. The songs offer a glimpse into Abhibyanjana’s journal, with tracks like “Breezing Through” talking about regret and new beginnings, “Honestly” laying bare the artist’s fears, and “River” expressing a yearning for freedom.
Abhibyanjana’s music career began with the release of her first single “Groovy Girl” in 2018, and she has since then appeared as a playback singer in the indie film “Pahuna: The Little Visitors.” Her EP “Breezing Through” is produced by Tapanjyoti Phukan and mixed and mastered by Rahul Rabha.
